About Chef Marc Forgione
Chef Marc Forgione is the acclaimed owner of New York’s iconic eateries: Peasant, Restaurant Marc Forgione, and One Fifth. Marc Forgione began his journey into the culinary world at age 16, and at age 31, he won season 3 of Food Network’s “The Next Iron Chef,” making him the youngest winner in the show’s history.
